Now that I'm moved into my new place and have a more stable schedule/life again, the Werewolves I said that would start a month or so ago is finally going to happen. Be sure to check the Games Room for details on signups as well as a few new roles/role alterations.

This is also going to be trying out a new system to help the game run more smoothly and keep it easier to track. I'll also go out of my way to update the first post of the game like I usually do. So it's easier to see who is still participating.

Also, the winners will be getting something slightly different. Ever wanted to be a Werewolf for real?

Hey folks.

Small update coming in the foreseeable future, this update includes the following changes:

- Smiley Pack 5, credits to faelust.
- Adjustments to gang armoury permissions
- - R11, R14, R15 and R16 Will only be able to send medical items from the armoury
- - R12, R13, R17 and R18 Will be able to send any items including gear from the armoury

If you feel the permissions for the gang armoury should be adjusted further, please don't hestiate posting your opinions in the thread in main forum now, before this update goes live.

So, this will be brief. I made a new message system for Legacy.

We now have message history going back 12 messages.
Preview is shown live; click on the button to preview with GCode.

That's kind of it.

Once it goes live, I will have to port over all of the old messages. So that might lag the game for a bit.

If you find any weird issues with it, let me know.

Hey Everyone,

So this will be my first official blog post since joining the dev team , as you may have seen over the last couple of days the gang / combined chat modules have gone live! There were a few teething issues and funky moments so apologies for that and thank you for your patience, we appear to be stable now.

You will now see two extra options in your template modules which can be found by going to settings -> template control, one of them being "Gang Chat" and the other being "Combined Chat". Pretty self-explanatory but let's run through it anyway.

The gang chat is the same as the side chat but limited to your gang only, it's a module version of the chat channels so you don't have to use that as a popout anymore. They even share a database so anything said in either one will show up in both.

The combined chat is also exactly what it says on the tin. If you want both chats directly under each other and not in separate positions, selecting the combined chat will do that. The combined chat also comes with tabs, meaning you can quickly change between seeing all chat, just seeing gang chat or seeing both. it saves your option using cookies so switching from page to page won't be an issue either. You will also notice that the combined chat module has priority so if you switch it on it will automatically switch off the other two modules and not allow them to be enabled.

Please note that if you do not see either of these modules within your template control modules you will be required to reset your template to the default. You can do this by scrolling down to the bottom of template control and clicking "Revert to Default".

As always if there are any issues or bugs you notice, please contact any member of staff and we will try to resolve them asap. There is only one outstanding issue that is already known about and that is the chat channel commands affecting the gang chat which I will be dealing with tonight.
