I have revived the in-game ticket system purely as a bug report system for devs. This lets you submit bug report/gameplay issue/development-related tickets directly to the volunteer dev team.

As most of you know, volunteer devs dont have access to the HCS ticket system. Repurposing the existing, old system to be a way for you to contact the volunteer dev team directly with bugs lets us use a pretty functional and organized system to track and deal with issues.

Only use this to contact the dev team directly with bug reports. Stuff that you would normally send to staff/hcs for account, questions, or other misc issues must still go through the HCS ticket system.

If you go to ticket help now, you'll see 2 options (to help make the above clearer):

It looks pretty similar to the old system. The only changes are:

- There's only one category: Dev Bug. Again, this system is exclusively for dev bug reports intended for volunteer devs. Anything you would want to send to staff/VH/HCS MUST go through the HCS ticket system as normal.

- The additional details field is a place for you to add relevant details like OS, Browser, version, resolution, or anything else more technical and specific. These are appended to the bottom of your ticket content when the ticket is created. It auto-detects your browser/version (if you're using Firefox/Chrome/Edge/Safari), but if it's incorrect please change or remove it.

Just a short blog post to expand on rollin's post below, that's me failing to notify him of the other things that's going to be fixed.

The list includes:
- G-Code button mapping fixed.
- Adding G-Code button for the spoiler tag.
- Editing a forum post will redirect back to the origin page instead of always the first.
- Fixing a bug that prevents certain people from saving their textural signatures.
- Some "under the hood" optimizations.

One of them which is already live.

If you have another small bug that needs fixing, a UI glitch, or something else out of the ordinary that just annoys the hell out of you, my inbox is open.
(Don't forget to include screenshots, or videos.)

Besides that i'm striving to include something bigger than just a bugfix, the "Mark Squares for capture" suggestion, however as it appears now, it's unlikely I'll ever manage to figure out something that works (it's harder than it seems mixing 5+ colors, without it looking funky and support colorblind.) i'll probably fallback to the "Sidechat Smilies" suggestion by UnicornBob a while ago, which also attracted a 2 ciffer positive ratings.

Hey Folks !

As some of you may have already noticed, there have recently been a few changes to the voluntary development team.

For the foreseeable future I will now be around assisting with fixing whatever breaks, and future releases.

Also the "Sell on Market" button in inventory will now only be available if the selected item is actually tradeable.

Balancing is happening on dev right now. These are not final numbers, but pretty close to what may end up going live eventually. The following changes have been made:

3. Orphic Amulet to drop to 0 D.Skill, not -25.
4. Void Axe - +5 min damage to 65.
5. Nerve Gauntlet, +2 points to accuracy and dodge.
6. Recon Drone - Increase accuracy to 0 from -2, weapon skills to -20 instead of -30.
7. Droid drone - Increase dodge to 0 from -2, D.SKill to -20 instead of -40.
8. Void Sword - +3 accuracy, +15 M.skill, -10 max damage.
11. Rift guns decrease G.Skill by -15, accuracy -5.
18. Scout Drones - Accuracy to drop to 30 instead of 32.

Please test on dev if you have access to it and these items. All feedback is appreciated. Let us know after testing them yourselves if the balance has been too much in one direction or the other or they affect combat in a way other than what was intended. I'm particularly keen on hearing about the Rift/Void changes.
