I have revived the in-game ticket system purely as a bug report system for devs. This lets you submit bug report/gameplay issue/development-related tickets directly to the volunteer dev team.

As most of you know, volunteer devs dont have access to the HCS ticket system. Repurposing the existing, old system to be a way for you to contact the volunteer dev team directly with bugs lets us use a pretty functional and organized system to track and deal with issues.
Only use this to contact the dev team directly with bug reports. Stuff that you would normally send to staff/hcs for account, questions, or other misc issues must still go through the HCS ticket system.
If you go to ticket help now, you'll see 2 options (to help make the above clearer):

It looks pretty similar to the old system. The only changes are:
- There's only one category: Dev Bug. Again, this system is exclusively for dev bug reports intended for volunteer devs. Anything you would want to send to staff/VH/HCS MUST go through the HCS ticket system as normal.
- The additional details field is a place for you to add relevant details like OS, Browser, version, resolution, or anything else more technical and specific. These are appended to the bottom of your ticket content when the ticket is created. It auto-detects your browser/version (if you're using Firefox/Chrome/Edge/Safari), but if it's incorrect please change or remove it.

All of the previous rules have been revised and hopefully they are now easier to be understood. Myself, current staff/ex staff(Matt who is unfortunately no longer with us) and CoE have been reviewing these rules to make them more relevant with the times. If you have any questions about these rules please feel free to message myself or one of my community admins.
I would also like to show congratulations to our new staff member in training Aaron hopefully he can become a valued member of the team and provide excellent service to the game.
Now on to a more serous note when placing a ticket please provide a significant amount of information.
I.E: If reporting something please provide a time frame/date and if possible copy and paste what they have said or even screen shot, this will help us work with you and allows us to find instances without trouble.

So I'm back, finally. I can actually get onto Legacy a lot more than the past few weeks. I am actually sorry to the people waiting on a reply or for people being unable to use legacy correctly when I've had this mini hiatus.
I have, kind of dooped the Christmas Calender, thankfully Steven and Zorg picked it up so any credit for this years give to them, and I want to thank steven for not murdering me >.<
I am going to login daily now and continue with the usual activity in the past How it will work with Will is quite simple, He's, kind-of my assistant and he will deal with anything community related, I will continue to deal with the buggy stuff, accounts and loans and general staff complaints. I can still beat will if needed so don't worry
We will be looking for new VH's since the past few have failed to stay as staff and have instead wasted my time. A thread will be up in the main forum in the next few days!

Just to remind you, if you have a ticket open in the new ticket system, you do not get replies in-game anymore! All conversations are held within the ticket and we're waiting on a few people to reply with further details before we close the issue!
