There will be a live podcast in the discord server tomorrow (Friday the 19th) at 10am EST, brought to you by Zach. A bunch of devs and voluntary helpers will be there so prepare some questions to ask. Hopefully we can get Zorg to make an appearance too.

I will be releasing a new raid tonight! I know I've been MIA for a while - work got incredibly hectic and a lot of things happened in my personal life as well. But I have a dead simple raid sitting around that I'll release tonight. It'll atleast offer a break for all those of you tired for walking inside a hive.

The Mature forum has disappeared from the public forums list. It will (very soon) be replaced by a new Raids forum for all your raids related discussion, questions, and suggestions.

Some people had suggested it and others had suggested getting rid of the Mature forum due it being largely unused as of late, so we combined both suggestions. It should show up soon (slightly out of my control when it does ) and once it does, we'll move the raid related threads in there, get some rules/stickies up (in general, typical forum rules apply as you can read in the Main forum's rules sticky).

I've also added aberrant paints for Orphics in the WF Shop and for Void Swords to crystal exchange.

A daily quest to complete 5 raids was also added to Diego's- the reward is a 20% raid damage buff or a 20% raid defense buff (random) that will stay active for one whole hour from the time of claiming the quest.

The broken rules link in the new wasteland chat message upon entry has also been fixed. It just takes you to HCS' ToS.

Rollin's added a little confirmation Yes/No you have to click on "Sort Other Items" in your inventory.

That's all for now. I'm jetting off on vacation this Sunday and will most likely not be pushing any code for the large part of the next 3 weeks but will at some point setup a raid or two for February. Had a couple of small, quick ones in mind so let's see.

The Raid Pass will be on sale for 10 boons starting later tonight/closer to midnight. This raid pass allows one to attempt raids again if they have already completed one before the next 30 minute reset.

There's only 1 limit associated with it: when an event raid rolls by, you won't be able to re-attempt an event raid even after you use a raid pass. In other words, you can only re-attempt non-event raids before the tick reset.

Last night I released a minor UI update for raids - I added a single attack button onto the map above the arrows (I'll be adding some interface options soon to toggle these things), showing the time elapsed in the top left, as well as a loading screen for when you're loading assets for the raid. It also blocks movement until everything's fully loaded. Will be modifying the UI over the coming weeks more (well.. probably more once I'm back from my 3 week vacation starting this Sunday).

As some of you have noticed, especially those of you with a slower connection, the timer can start ticking before you can move so I'm working on making these timers a bit more accurate. For players with a faster connection, the loading screen blocking movement results in a roughly ~0-1 seconds delay, which can mean a world of difference to y'all speedrunning champs so hopefully it'll be more accurate soon
