Please be aware that we're suspending all loan reclamation reports until later this month. If you have a ticket already open or wish to create one you still can and we are still accepting them, they just will not be processed until we validate and add more restrictions & guidance notes to the main forum stickie that has proven to outdated itself in the short time it has been introduced.

To further expand on Zorgs blog below, you can now disable the filter to see "mature" language. We will not be punishing for swearing, we will however continue to punish for filter avoidance, harassment and abuse. You may have a new found sense of freedom however use it with a warning. Disabled or not you will still be punished for avoiding it or using it to abuse another person.

For example, faggot is filtered, it is a homophobic term and using it to insult someone filtered or not will result in us taking action against you.

Forums and clan forums are still being moderated and they will not be added to the filter list. To sum this up this edit now means that you can, somewhat treat side chat like the Mature Forum.

If you have any questions then you can always mail or make a ticket.

Just a reminder to those unsure of a few things, we're aware the filter is broken and fixes will start being made when Zorg gets back.

Having said that, the filter is not there to catch what you enter into our chat channels. It is there to stop whatever you enter being shown to other users, with that said you shouldn't be relying on 'it' or entering such material into chat channels that may be deemed as offensive to other users or staff.

I urge you to start staring words if you're unsure, there is no reason for you to use any language or for you to avoid the filter...

To give you an update on what I've been doing, in March I completely scrapped our Guide system - it wasn't working and new players where waiting days to get anything from a guide. This system was originally set up in 2007/08 and hasn't been changed, I figured I could do better and each guide now has access to live signups and minor access to our staff channel and a better budget to better deal with newbies with a live database that is changed and updated by guides, with a newbie having an entry on it when they sign up.

After 2 months I'm proud to say its a success, we seem to be holding new players around for longer and we've sent out over 3k of meds to new players to help them level. I suggest that gangs revamp their newbie systems and stop relying on lists to be posted or newbies assigned to a personal rank 11.

Another thing upcoming is 2 forums being coded into Legacy, I can only speak about a public one for now as the other hasn't been 100% finalised but we're going to add a trading forum to legacy - the one thing we don't have, meaning you can advertise your market - Hold offers or sell in bulk to the game community.

Last thing is the new filter, we have a long list of words to go through and I will sometime next week and clear things up, my best advice is to just not avoid the filter or test it...

With a Bank Holiday for us in the UK Tomorrow I suspect if you're waiting for anything from HCS it wont be until Tuesday, tickets will be unlocked to us on Tuesday so we can't do anything until then!
