It's finally time for Halloween! Shortly after this posts, I'm going to turn on all of the Halloween knobs and switches. You'll be able to buy the seasonal items from Joe's merchandise and hunt the Halloween NPC's. This year, we made sure to double check the hunting drops, as last year things started off with the Halloween hunts having 0 loot tables.

This year we'll be having a some of our normal events. Halloween WW's will start tomorrow and I'll have a game thread up soon with a link to the rules for any refreshers. Please make sure you participate, as Mod Kills really sour the game.

Make sure you check the Main Forums for the annual Halloween Costume Contest. I look forward to seeing all of your creative ideas this year!

Be sure to keep an eye out for some special WL activity on the weekends. This time of year is when Shadress likes to wake. Rumors are circulating that the Hive Government are starting to get worried about her activity. There may be some rewards this year outside of the normal individual ones handed out Make sure you do your part!

There may be some extra surprises headed your way. Make sure you keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary.

Happy Holidays! Here is your update for the rest of the Holiday season leading into the New Year.

Right now in the Main Forum we have an event for everyone. Starting tomorrow, the 13th there will be a game related Trivia question posted in Vita's thread. Everyone will have a chance to answer and all correct answers will be entered into a daily drawing for a different rare prize. (No Zach, it won't be the maul). Don't be afraid to try, since it's the Holiday season we'll be giving out a little prize to all participants daily. Also don't forget to vote in the Legacy Awards while you're there.

A Week of double gains will return this year and I managed to squeeze out some extra time by planning it from the 23rd through New Years . You'll see the count down for that appear once we're a week away.

A Very Not Merry Realm will return next week. Expect to see it around Monday. In the meantime keep hitting up the snow cones raid because an elf has let me know that there may be 2 new special awards waiting for someone to find them after defeating a powerful foe!

Hello Legacy

September is wrapping up and it's coming close to that spooky time of year again that everyone loves. We usually get things rolling in October but this year we thought we'd get a head start on some of the celebration and give everyone some extra time for Event NPC Hunting and Candy Eating fun.

There will be plenty of events to participate in so keep a look out in the forums so that you don't miss out. There may be some schedules that pop up for special planned events . I'll also have a Halloween WW sign up live later tonight in the games forum.

Another year, another anniversary for Legacy. This year, Legacy turns 18! So Happy Birthday to Legacy!

And of course it wouldn't be a Legacy Anniversary without a few things being mentioned.

-There will be a new banner and a couple items that are a little different than the norm.
-Double Gains week (yes, week). Soon after this blog is posted, you will see the timer for when it begins on your home screen. It will start at 00:01 GMT-0500 (or 05:01 GMT+0000) May 6 and last until the same time May 13.
-sumwish plans on hosting a Gambler's Hotel type event during this time, so keep an eye out in the Games Room for a chance to collect some big winnings

This is a little sudden, I realize. Work has been keeping a majority of my time and attention.
