Ok, so updates for Shadow, and some WL changes.
Shadow - It now has a root effect on all enemies of the square you land on. It's 5 seconds + 1 second for each level of Shadow; this means it is a minimum of 6 seconds, max of 10 seconds.
WLs - HQs can move across rivers. Actually still need to test this, but it should work. If the HQ is in a river, it counts as being in a Red Zone; you gain a lot less Points per hour tick. If your HQ is on a river as it melts, that square will remain frozen. When it moves along, that square would melt again. You can't deploy your HQs there though.
There were a few extra validations and bug fixes. The temperature bar as you already know is back. If you are for some reason on a blocked Square, you will be kicked out on a tick as though you were on a melting square. A few minor stuff here and there.
Also, for those who were not aware, the squares that melt/freeze now have a different color to make it more obvious.
If you run into any bugs, feel free to let us know.

Okay... so... the 3 attack types were lies.
Below is an explanation as to why.
Player 1 has 100 per base stats, including the default starters.
We're interested in 3 in particular; 100 Accuracy, 100 Dodge, and 100 Speed.
Now, imagine said player has equipment that miraculously gives them +100 to every stat.
Again, we are interested in only 3; +100 Accuracy, +100 Dodge, and +100 Speed.
All in all, the player now has 200 Accuracy, 200 Dodge, and 200 Speed.
Now, let us take a look at the attack types: Quick, Aimed, and Cover.
Thankfully, the current description was modified to take into account all stat modifiers.
So the -10% and the +20% are applied after the base stats, items, and abilities are all tabulated.
But here is where the odd part is.
The -10% works as per normal.
The 20% however, isn't a simple * 1.2.
Instead, it adds up the lost stats on the other 2.
So for Aimed attack, Dodge goes to 180, and speed goes to 180.
The lost stats are 20 points from Dodge, and 4 points from Speed.
The total is 24 points. This is added to accuracy. Accuracy itself isn't multiplied by anything.
This means you now end up with 224 Accuracy, 180 Dodge, 180 Speed.
Yup, there is 16 points in Accuracy in this scenario that is just missing.
Therefore, I have fixed it.
It is now doing exactly as it says.
-10% for the 2 stats, and +20% for the other.
How does this affect you? How does this affect the meta?
I have no idea. I'm just fixing a long standing "bug".

So, I decided to help out the new players, because it takes too long to train Abilities right now, and Cow Bells aren't going to cut it.
Your base rate, before Speed Reading, Training Boost, or Favors, is now based on your total amount of currently trained points.
From 0 to 100,000, you get 30 base points.
From 100,001 to 200,000, you get 25 base points.
From 200,001 to 300,000, you get 20 base points.
From 300,001 to 400,000, you get 15 base points.
From 400,001 to 500,000, you get 10 base points.
From 500,001 onward, you get 5 base points.
This means if you are over 500,000 Points right now, nothing changes for you.
If you have only trained less than 100,000, rejoice, for you now train 30 at base.
Speed Reading, Favor, and Training Boost work on top of these; so it is possible to have +39.
If you want to discuss it, feel free to make a Thread in Main.

I know this isn't huge, but for some it is. Mainly because the purpose of the Dev server is to test things. And you can't very well do that if you can't get your abilities because you pressed the "Randomize my level" and skipped level 20 and 80.
That being said, rollin340 was awesome enough to make it so that I can adjust player levels, reset abilities, and unlock abilities if you missed these important levels.
So, if your abilities are stuck, just message me directly and I will unlock your abilities on Dev once I have a moment.
