As requested, I released 3 new recipes in Joe's Merchandise under the Halloween tab. These recipes let you convert 15 colored souls into an Effigy. The drop rate for souls is much more than the drop rate of Effigies and hopefully this will reduce the excess souls accumulating in market storage.
