So, I'll be away this week-end. Recovered from my cold so it's christmas holiday time! Going to the StratLAN with some friends, should be fun, sleeping on floors, playing computer games all day and getting drunk! Leave this Friday and will be back the following Monday.

As always with LAN parties I don't know what the internet connection will be like, so don't know whether I'll be online during it or not. Should still be able to get on if there are any problems though.

So yeah, we switched to GIF backgrounds allowing us to use some small animations. All credit goes to bcfcespley for the idea, although I had the idea myself a long time ago his forum sig showed how cool it would actually look. Still working on wasteland animated backgrounds to match.

I closed all the typo tickets moving them to a special file I will now be using. This should allow the people who submit them to submit more tickets as needed, they will all be fixed when the next big system goes live. It's hard work to fix typos when the development server is out of sync with the main game like it is now.

I'm calling in sick for the week-end and Monday, dunno who I should be calling... Deeg? ... nah. But yeah I have 'Man Flu' and feel like crap. Oh yeah and name changing has been fixed and will now change the name on your development server account as well if you have one.

So this christmas I thought I would make something extra, if you can't work out why the Santa Hat and Snowballs were removed now you fail. But yeah the Advent Calendar is now online, every day you get something new!

Granted a lot of the stuff isn't that exciting but there are 2 brand new comedy items in there, something special from me on the 24th and something you will hold in high value on the 25th. Just to point out every day is pre-assigned by me, none of it is random. Enjoy, merry christmas!

It's christmas! Well close enough anyway, all the christmas stuff is out now... or is it? Strange, Joe's Merchandise isn't selling Christmas Hats or Snowballs I wonder why? Find that out tomorrow! All the other christmas stuff is now out, with something extra coming out tomorrow afternoon.

The development server will remain down until the extra christmas thing is finished, so it stays a secret!
