Do you miss our Spectral Weekends? Did you miss the chance to obtain one of our 3 Spectral Items before they were removed from the game? If so then you are in luck! The week commencing on Monday 25th, shall be known as Spectral Week, and is our next big event! Here's how the week shall plan out.

Monday 25th: A Spectral Item will be available throughout the whole day, however every 2 hours the Spectral Item will randomly switch to one of the other Spectral Items. Therefore you may well see all 3 spectral items around the game throughout the day. (Note: only 1 Spectral Item will be activated at any given time, it will just simply be switching)

Tuesday 26th - Sunday 31st: The Spectral Items will be in a 2 day rotation, meaning throughout these 6 days each Spectral Item will be available for 2 days before then rotating to one of the other Spectral Items.

Once this week has come to an end, the Spectral Items will disappear and go back into hiding.. until they are called upon in the long future.

Just a message to gang leaders, if you plan to update your Gang Libraries please remember that if you're writing or editing a book please make sure if you type them up in Open office/MS Word that you change the grammar before you add the book, this will confuse you so I have an example for you below:

So please remember, do not rely on MS Word to fix your grammar mistakes as it does more damage than good and will end up wasting your time, you may as well add your grammar before you "save" the book, also please make sure images in books do not break 400 pixels in width! I will be going through all gang books tonight and fixing odd mistakes, I will threads in your council forums later.

The new legendary Vivi bundle now has a special set bonus, equipping all 5 of the Vivi items will result in your characters body and eyes changing to match the character. If you do not wish to use this look you will need to remove part of it like the gloves or boots.

This is a trial of the concept but it seems to work well, future legendary bundles may come with bonus effects that only appear when the entire bundle is worn at once. Enjoy!

Making games is tricky, lots of choices, so many opinions... some louder than others. I've had quite a few requests for new boosts, like decrease time re-entering the wasteland boosts and such. There is a line a lot of games try not to cross and it seems we already crossed it anyway when we added + ability boosts.

The question is where do we draw the new line, do we say Abilities and Trades are ok but we're not letting you buy any advantage elsewhere? Or do we say warfare / abilities are ok but you can't buy any advantages in jobs or XP? Obviously some games do not care about this line and they generally end in disaster, selling XP boosts, in-game items, everything basically makes anyone who is not rich not want to play.

It's an important question and I think it needs to be decided right now before anything else is added to the platinum store. What is off limits when it comes to buying with platinum? XP, Jobs, Warfare, Stats, Items?
