Apparently some of you guys managed to kill one of my beloved Halloween NPCs, congratulations! Scott will be collecting the names of all involved so rewards can be decided upon. This week I'll be burning through some tickets and working on some staff changes while I await some final artwork for Legacy's new look sectors and hunting.

I finished the framework for tutorials last week and all the artwork is done for that, I just can't bring them across from Dev until other changes are complete as it is all a bit out of sync right now. The plan is to replace the sectors links with a more intuitive hive link and lots of pretty graphics, most old players use quick links for everything anyway so it shouldn't change much for you.

The special Halloween event will begin tonight, courtesy of DMaster you may all enjoy terror and death until Monday as Jason and Freddy roam the wastelands looking for victims. I highly recommend you do not try to fight them and just run away, there are no rewards for killing them as I really don't think anyone will be able to.

On the other hand, the Mad Monks that will also be invading the wasteland can be defeated and will drop an assortment of goodies! More information below. The event will begin some time tonight, when it's dark!

Halloween content is now up, Joe's Merchandise is stocked, outfits are live and you'll find the custom wallpaper available in template settings. Changing your 'Accent Color' to red or orange should be mandatory! We'll be running a special Halloween event this week-end, more news on that to follow.

Updates are still being worked on but are quite big now so will take some time to complete. Either tutorials or some hive / sector changes will be done next, depends how fast the artists get things finished.

Back in the office now, Halloween stuff will be going live either late tonight or more likely tomorrow. More information on it will be posted as the content goes up. Currently working on a jQuery based tutorial system to guide new players through the basics of the game one step at a time.

I also have lots of new hunting group graphics to make the system more interesting sitting on my computer, along with more and more artwork coming in for around the game. Including this...
