I'll be out of the office and away at epic.LAN this coming week, so the updates will be on hold for a while. However, work at Hunted Cow Studios continues and we have 2 artists working on some awesome stuff for you guys all next week. The template and sectors will be getting a face lift along with the hunting graphics on Monday 24th when I return.

For now, I leave you with a question. Hospital closing has shown to be a big annoyance to new players and serves little purpose these days. So one of our planned changes is to remove the closing hours and keep the hospital open all day for everyone. The question is, what would you like to see us do with the Sanctuary of Healing?

I can't just make it a cheaper option for avatar healing as that would mess up the prices of healing items, so I'm open to suggestions about awesome new things it could do. Anyway, farewell and see you all in a week!

Some big changes to the platinum system rolled out today. The main changes being that you can no longer use bound platinum to purchase gifts for others, however you will receive 100 bound platinum each time you level up. All players have been credited with backlogged bound platinum based on their current level working out at 8,000 bound platinum for level 80s.

We've also combined the platinum store and main platinum page, added a platinum button to the top bar and changed it so artist commission is paid to them in unbound platinum. If you were going to buy platinum from our credits market and use it to purchase a gift for somebody you can always send that player the credits and have them purchase the platinum instead.

We have updated our site with the addition of Game Rules, all players must now agree to the Game Rules, Hunted Cow Terms of Service and Privacy Policy if they wish to continue playing. Their terms of service span across all their games, so we have included Game Rules just to add a few more game specific amendments.

We're also making a dramatic and yet completely meaningless change today. We will be renaming Turns in to Energy across the game. The name 'turns' is very out dated and as it hasn't taken a single turn to attack in a long time, kind of misleading. From now on it will function the same but will be referred to as energy, hopefully making its purpose more clear.
