Today we had some minor downtime caused by some happy web server updates that upgraded things to a non-working status. Also, in 2 weeks and 3 days the wasteland will reset! I'm not sure if we're having a WTF yet, but keep your hopes up I'm sure Zorg will find some way to entertain us whilst the new map is coded

Onto more exciting news I have new banners for you! They will be awarded only when you win a competition.

So you'd better start by entering our Photo Comp in the Main Forum that is running until July 1st. That's all I have to update you on so far so good luck to all that enter.

Lots of little green plants are now occupying Legacy as account shrubbing has come in to practice. Basically instead of banning accounts pending deletion accounts can now be shrubbed, which will allow them to login, make a ticket, send messages to staff, but nothing else for 30 days after which they'll be deleted. We cleared out all the old jailed players so that list should be short and useful again now.

Although I'm pressing on with the new combat system, it looks like it may be further away than I'm willing to wait so advertisements have started again in full force on our top 100 sites, facebook and other places.

I'm also re-evaluating some of the changes listed before in the rebuild to try and limit the impact on current players. Things like assigning stat points as you level are going to be simplified but will remain.

Well... Awesome Hour was a big difference to the events I usually hold. 30 questions in total as the first was void because of my first copy and paste fail. Anyway... dk16 will be hosting the next one as I was pretty much a "stand-in" for this one.

Very eventful week for myself and it's going to get better! I've noticed our last photo contest was last year, so what better time to launch another! This is the time where you can let your creative juices flow and try impress us with the best photo you can take. It must contain your username and "legacy-game.net" somewhere in the image. I will put last years winners and a link to the wiki page below!

Check out the Main forum for more details, there will be a submit thread so you can submit your entries to us and a talk thread - just so we don't have to spend hours finding your entries. Prizes will be posted in the Main Forum as well as extra rules, however be warned I may be horrible at photo shop but Zorg isn't and makes it his goal to work out if an image is true or false so don't try your luck
