Residents of the hive,
As many of you know, the Shadow Facility has disappeared. This seemed to have happened right as the Shadow Forge gained power. There were various electrical disturbances reported in the hive but the strangest report was that the Shadow Facility kept phasing in and out of existence.
We are working on figuring out what happened. There are no traces of the Shadow Hunters anywhere in the hive save for Journals they have left behind. There have also been witness reports of strange crystal formations growing across the hive. These crystals don’t seem harmful nor are they harvestable, but we advise caution regardless. Otherwise, Sector 2 is safe to roam about except the area that once surrounded the Shadow Facility.
These are troubling times and we fear that it is only just beginning.
We will keep you updated with reports as they come in.

Warfare switch will be delayed slightly, we're going to be trialing a new map design. More news will follow as we begin to get it ready.
In the interest of transparency, Scott has been removed from his position as Lead Voluntary Helper and will be removed from the game entirely (as per his request) in the following days.
Without going in to too much detail, items and credits were gifted to some players to the detriment of the game's economy in actions deemed not befitting of his trusted position. As such, he will be leaving the community and these items / credits will be tracked down and recalled.
While this is a poor end to his 8 years of service to the game, it will not be forgotten. Congratulations to Will in his promotion to Lead Voluntary Helper.
Furthermore, Scott asked me to extend his thanks to the community and tell you all that it was a pleasure to work for. We wish everyone the best as we part ways.

The Hive Gatekeepers require roughly half the number of credits to hunt for the next 24-48 hours (starting Dec 23, 6:30am EST). However, hunting rank points awarded are also roughly halved. Sorry for the double post spam, please read the previous post! I forgot to mention this in the main body of the last post.
