Just wanted to write a small update regarding the Halloween event and fixes mentioned in Zorg's last blog post.

Firstly, the fixes Zorg mentioned aren't in the game yet. This is my fault, because I failed to mention to Zorg that the Halloween event and the bug fixes were in two separate branches. Sorry about that, they should be up soon though.

Secondly, the Halloween event came with a bug initially where the Double Energy buff from the Spooky Book was not awarding double energy as intended. This has been fixed now, so it's safe to use your Spooky Book.

Lastly, I'm aware that Stramineus is not rewarding a hunting banner when you defeat him. The banner is in the game and linked to Stramineus, just not sure why it isn't being handed out. I'm looking into it, worst comes to worst I can make a query to reward the banner to everyone who hunted him at the end of the event.

Other than that, hope everyone is enjoying the event so far. I am open to any comments or criticism in the main forum thread. It's my first event, so I'm hoping I can improve for the next one I run.

The Halloween update is now live, courtesy of Bongo and Steven. Full details art listed below.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed broken [H] heal button in wasteland when allies would phase in and out of your square.
- Fixed bugged WL achievements that did not record guard kills and player kills in the wasteland.

Changes
- Halloween Event added. Begin by buying the Halloween Sack from the plat store (it is 1 plat, 1 purchase per player) and opening it.
- 4 new Shadow Forge recipes related to Halloween.
- Halloween NPC groups added that drop some goodies and crafting materials for the new recipes.
- Halloween Special NPC added that drops an important crafting material for the new recipes.

Hey guys. Just dropping in to let you guys know what's going on with a few things.

1. The Shadress event IS over and the rewards will be sent to everyone in the near future (gonna have to prod Scott a bit to help me out with that). The reason I haven't sent banners to those who defeated her, which I will list those who did in a moment, is because the banner we have states that she was defeated in Halloween 2014. I realize that's not a big deal to most of you, but I'd like them to be semi accurate. Or just remove the date. I'll be asking Zorg about that.

Those who defeated Shadress were: Kabios23, Killy, Shysta, Teeg, Samcro, Raoh, AllLitUp20, CroFighter, HappyDays, BongHitter, and evrox. I also have an extensive list of individuals who put forth a great effort in trying to beat her. What that means (since I never explained it) is people who did a good amount of damage to her but didn't get the final hit or were beaten by her at the last few seconds and missed out. Or even those who got beaten several times but kept coming back for more punishment

2. The Halloween competitions will be judged by myself, Scott, and a couple other people I've already had volunteer. Those should be done in the near future.

3. Those who applied for VH a while back but have yet to get a response, I apologize now and will be doing my best to get Scott to actually move forward with those so you can stop waiting
