The votes are in from the gangs and like I said I plan to follow it, no surprise I guess it matches the first vote. With Chapter and Outcasts voting for trades on 'Blue Pills', Blade of Dawn voting against trades and Dark Flame voting for 1 trade on them. As the game is so insanely divided on this issue I'm going to go with Dark Flame I think and meet half way by selling them to all players with a single trade for now.

This should stop players without warfare points from artificially inflating the price by buying and reselling them and leave the sale price in the hands of those with warfare points purchasing them directly. It should also stop players receiving them as gifts from reselling them at a profit.

I now wash my hands of this issue, I've asked you to vote twice and twice you have come back with this decision. If you disagree I'm sorry, take it up with the community who voted.

The Halloween event is now live, you can find a custom Halloween background made by bcfcespley under Template Control if you want to try it out. Custom outfit items are up along with the items in Joe's Merchandise. Scott's special Halloween event will begin in about a weeks time and I'm sure somebody will run the regular costume contest in the forums.

Still waiting on gang leaders to get back to me about Blue Pill trades, looks like they're not having any more luck getting a straight answer than I did.

Just thought I'd post some clarification on a bug fix. The 'Rat Race' achievement is now fully working and has been completely tested. In order to earn it you must bet on a single rat of your choice and no others until you net 10 wins in total. If your chosen rat is not in a race, then you may not participate until it shows up again.

Betting on your chosen rat and losing will not reset your progress, however betting on any other rat will. I hope this is easy to understand, the achievement was bugged and was resetting if your chosen rat lost a race.

Halloween outfits and items will go up on the 18th, doing it a bit earlier this year to give people more time to play around with stuff. Scott's murder mystery thing will go up a week before Halloween I believe. New blog system is also now live, just finishing off lots of projects I have that are half finished.

Need to get image tags working again soon, just quite a big job that may set me back a while. Also I'm going to be changing / fixing a couple of achievements like I said previously.
