Greetings, sorry about the down time today. Apparently the auto renew option I enabled on our domain provider does not auto-renew the domains I own. Nice of them to let me know after the domain has been disabled, instead of before.

The wiki has now been fixed, I delayed fixing it because I wanted to wait until I had time to do it properly. You no longer need to create a separate account for our wiki, just login with your Legacy account and password. You must be logged in to edit pages but editing has been re-enabled for all users. This should completely prevent spam bots.

More information on the next Warfare map will be posted tomorrow morning.

Well it certainly has been a while. Zefrank is back making videos, and I'm back doing updates. The world is falling back in to order once again. Patch notes for today's update can be found below detailing everything I changed.

Combat Rollback
The new combat system prooved to be a large and complicated project, as it was significantly delaying other updates I have reverted it. We may address it again in the future in a diminished capacity. The new player search remains.

Old Player Changes
Any items dropped when your inventory is full will now be sent to the Void. Your inventory page now has a link for reclaiming such items.

New Player Changes
Hunting Group NPCs from levels 1 up to 10 have been made easier in a more gradual incline in difficulty.

The hospital will now ignore closing hours up until level 10 instead of 5.

New players will now be granted the old white items from shops for free as they level. Levels 2 through to 16 will earn one per level in the following order.

Knife, Trench Coat, Pistol, Crowbar, Padded Jacket, Laser Sighted Pistol, Armored Jacket, Baseball Bat, Bullet Proof Jacket, Shotgun, Body Armor Lv1, Claw, Uzi, Body Armor Lv2, Chainsaw

From then on they will earn an item every 2 levels from 18 up to 30.

Body Armor Lv3, Rocket Launcher, ExoSkeleton, Sword, Zion Plate, Plasma Rifle, Phoenix Shell

These new free versions of the items sell for only 100 credits, each. All current players have been granted 2200 credits in compensation.

Item Changes
Trench Coat is now level 3 up from 2.
Pistol is now level 4 up from 3.
Padded Jacket is now level 6 up from 5.
Laser Sighted Pistol is now level 7 up from 5.
Baseball Bat is now level 9 down from 10.
Claw is now level 13 down from 15.
Uzi is now level 14 down from 15.
Chainsaw is now level 16 down from 20.
ExoSkeleton is now level 22 up from 20.
Sword is now level 24 down from 25.
Zion Plate is now level 26 up from 25.
Plasma Rifle is now level 28 up from 25.

Sector Clean Up
Syndicate merged in to Police Station.
Cleaned up links in Police Station, Casino and Hall of Records.
Hall of Knowledge moved to Sector 2.
Moved Casino shop to inside Casino.
Removed Chamber of Elders forum link from Sector 1.
Removed Arcade, Museum and Library.
Removed all hive weapon and armor shops.
Removed Clan Hideouts link from sectors.
Removed forum links from Off Plane.
Removed Item Crafting link from Off Plane.

Next warfare map will be the Phoenix Hive map with the rotating bridge. Picture in the link below. Sentries will be active for it and it will have the same objectives as it had last time.

Starting positions for each gang are as follows.

3,14: Blade of Dawn
6,14: Dark Flame
10,14: Outcasts
13,14: Chapter

The map will drop in to WTF mode at 9pm, then will go down at 10pm to give me time to get the sentry scripts working.

Thanks to everyone who attended LegCon. It is interesting to hear what people think, most always think they know what's best. I think I know what's best as well and we're all equally wrong most of the time.

Legacy has been a part of my life for over 10 years, half of my life... most of my life if you only include the bits I remember. It's nice to see people still caring as much about it as I do. Players who have gone from teenagers to adults playing this game, how am I supposed to live up to their expectations after so long?

Please try to remember this is a game made by one person. If you find it boring after 5+ years of playing then I count that a success, I'm amazed we're still here together. I'm trying my best to get updates done and it will always get as much of my time as I can spare it. The community here has a life of its own, far beyond anything I could have created.
