Just to remind you, if you have a ticket open in the new ticket system, you do not get replies in-game anymore! All conversations are held within the ticket and we're waiting on a few people to reply with further details before we close the issue!
Thanks!
Thanks!
Server move is now complete, sorry if it took a while for your DNS Server to update to our new IP address but that is out of my control. Google DNS is the way to go if you want near instant updates.
All seems to be working well, report any bugs you find in the new ticket system and I'll get them fixed. It seems a lot faster for me, hope it is for you as well. We're now on a much moderner cloud server, hosted in US East by GoGrid.

The game is currently in the process of transitioning to a new server. Fighting, hunting, warfare and the casino are currently down due to the excessive amounts of lag. We're working as fast as possible on the move and should be done soon.
Again, if you switch to Google DNS you'll be amongst the first the new server once me change the DNS record.

Legacy will be going down tomorrow (May 10th) at 1pm (BST) / 8:00am (Server Time), the down time should last no longer than 30 minutes while we move the database to the new cloud server. Afterwards the game will run quite slowly for a day or so while the change of IP address is propagated across DNS servers.
For the absolute minimum amount of slow down we recommend switching to Google DNS, various guides are available on the internet for doing so. Another blog will be posted when we're back up to full speed.
