Slight change to the mechanics behind Gang HQ theft. If attacking an un-deployed HQ, you will now have a 50:50 chance of stealing GP or Metal if both are available. However, if only 1 is available then you will always steal that. So if you un-deploy your HQ with 0 metal and lots of GP, any enemy attacks will result in GP theft of 1-2 points every minute.

This is a fix to the old bug that would generate messages saying "Nothing left to steal", when there actually was. You monster.

Getting tired of people asking me this question, so let me try to explain it clearly... again. If you have your gang HQ in the red zone of an objective you get no points for controlling any objectives or the squares they are on.

Controlling an objective normally grants 10 points per hour for the square and 190 points per hour for the objective itself. So 200 points per hour, per objective you control. If you have your gang HQ in the red zone of any objective you get 0 points, per hour, per objective you control. You still gain points as normal for non-objective squares.

Just a quick blog to say the rotating bridge scripting is ready to roll at midnight, will be interesting to see which direction it randomly chooses. It will no doubt decide which of the 3 gangs near it get control for tomorrow. All I will say is although it is random it will never stay in one spot, it will always change.

Oh yeah, I've also started running my updates through the update log again. Was so rushed with the initial release I just did it all as quicker updates.

Still working on the new warfare stuff, got a few bugs ironed out today. You'll notice the Sentry Sappers have graphics now, bcfcespley is drawing the Mechs as we speak. Focus Pills will start dropping from the Sentry Sappers some time tomorrow, we will also be making it so you can still attack NPCs even when they're friendly to your gang. So the gang that controls the Sentries does not miss out on the chance to collect some of these new items.

The bridges will retract at midnight tomorrow, still need to work out how to update the tiles dynamically. Each day either the south, east or west bridge will be active and it will change daily at midnight.

Also tomorrow I hope to get NPC attacks showing in the combat log and attack history, along with having them show up in glances. Anything else you think needs doing feel free to mention it in the comments.
