Fixed bug where Market Storage items would sometimes stack up incorrectly. If you think this has happened to you it will fix itself next time you add / remove / change items in your storage.

As per the road map the new Inventory system is in place. It doesn't yet support item stacking but it does vastly increase the number of items a player can hold at a given time. Also it adds a new section for Held Items that you take in to Warfare with you.
