Warfare chat now displays seconds in timestamps, changed movement lock time check to make sure rounding errors can't result in moving in 4 seconds instead of 5.

The new player search now has 2 settings to attack on click and keep the search box open automatically. Also moved the tooltips to the right to better suite lower resolution displays.
Replaced player search quick link with platinum rewards, this isn't a marketing ploy it's just the only spare page I had not already in the list.
