Killing the same player multiple times in the wasteland will now give diminished WF points, in the same way experience diminishes. The 2nd kill giving half, the 3rd giving a quarter and any further kills giving no warfare points.

Removed warfare turns from the game, they are no longer needed to move, fight or use phase shifters in the wasteland.

The shadow ability now phases you to your targets location and you must now have temporal phasing to shadow while cloaked. Temporal phasing or shadowing while cloaked is now undetectable to Ether Attunement and Astral Vision.

Fixed second bug with WF Point Donation script that caused it to fail before making a log entry. Only log entries were affected, points were still donated correctly.
