This is the last blog that will be posted on Legacy in regards to my second game Vortex Online. If you want to keep up to date with news regarding the development process you must now visit the vortex site itself. The portal website is now live and you may signup, although you will not be able to login to the game for some time.
Private Beta testers, future newbie guides and moderators will all be chosen from those active on the vortex site. Also we will be leaking various information about the game to the forums through out the development process including back story, race information, ship designs, etc. So if you're interested in my second game that is the place to be!

Been really distracted recently, finally got around to doing last weeks suggestion. Just needed some testing on dev before I could add it here, all players can now give their gang members a discount on prices at their market stand.
This discount requires you be in a gang in the first place and only applies to your own gang members. You cannot give discounts to other gangs. Anywhere from 0% up to 75% off your prices can be given, so use it with care. Also on a side note I got my purple 1400 day old badge today, first!

Competition for the best wiki user page will close at the end of this week. So if you want to enter get your page finished by then. Also I fixed the annoying side chat wrapping bug where it would overflow the box today.
This weeks suggestion to implement will be set discount rates for your gang in market stands. Basically allowing you to set a percentage discount for anyone in your gang buying from your stand. Need some more small suggestions posting in the forum for next week, seem to be running short on good ideas. So if you have one go and post it!

Weekly update this week is the addition of adding multiple items at once to market stands. I forget who suggested it because it has been suggested so many times in the past. Never been one to do things by halves though.
While doing that small pretty simple change I rebuilt the entire of the market to be faster and easier to understand. Removed market names, extended descriptions, added item sorting, etc. Full details can be found in the game version info. So erm yeah, there is your weekly update!
