Been a lengthy process assigning all the current outfits to artists, we've basically gone back through all the outfits and worked out who made what ready for the platinum store. I've also had all the graphics artists go through the outfits and assign the biggest variety of hue / brightness / saturation combinations possible. You'll notice even gang outfits now have a variety of tones available, which should make group photos a little more interesting to look at.
Current stats are...
bcfcespley has made 70 outfits.
faelust has made 41 outfits.
DMaster has made 83 outfits.
dk16 has made 466 outfits.
Zorg has made 245 outfits.
Mine may not be accurate, but yeah turns out Dk16 has done A LOT of work for this game. The outfits are nearly ready to go on sale on the platinum store, just a little more coding needed.

Spent most of today coding this, so figured I should post some screen shots as most of you will never get to see it. Players designated as Artists with graphics control can now create their own custom list of available hue, saturation and brightness settings for their items. This all now runs through ImageMagick allowing a much wider range of possibilities than the old system.
Why not just give these controls straight to players? Sadly, it allows too much control and you can truly create some horrible looking stuff with it... which annoys designers who put a lot of effort in to making them look good.

The above is just an example, we will not be allowing different colors for gang clothing like that. I'm going to have all the graphics designers start working through outfits and selecting a variety of options for each tonight.

Character design is back online, if you have any trouble with outfit items unlocking from achievements or gift boxes let me know. The unlock process has been completely remade within the database ready for new platinum store unlockable outfits. The store isn't selling anything yet as I still need to finish scripting that.
Hue changing of items will not show up yet as we need to go through all the items and select which hues to use. We will no longer be allowing a complete spectrum of hues on all items, it will be down to the artist who designed it to hand pick which will be available.

Due to some complaints, for the next week we'll be allowing players to switch on 'Expanded Inventory' for a day if they wish to retrieve items lost to it. This offer will only last a week so if you have items in the extra inventory space and want to get them out you'll need to message Scott with when you want it enabled and he will manually enable / disable it for you.
Hope this helps, thanks to everyone buying Platinum. Our expanded advertising efforts these past few weeks have put us a little behind on cash, so it is all much appreciated.
