The game will be going down on September 22nd at 7:30am (EST) server time for the upgrade to PHP 7, this will likely take a couple of hours to complete and may require a period of testing after.

Links have been added for the following elements in the character sidebox:
a) Character image to character design page.
b) Level box to stat point allocation page.
c) Player flag to flag editor.
d) Energy count to Job Center or Observatory depending on level.
e) Credits count to Bank.
f) Tokens count to Casino.

The 'Hospital' quick link now has a real-time full heal convenience link appended to it like so: 'Hospital (Heal)'. Clicking Heal will attempt the appropriate heal for an avatar or non-av. It will be greyed out if you are already at full health or the hospital is closed and your level is within the range of 10 <= level < 80. This will see some further work soon to provide a better user experience for the real-time aspect.

Wasteland Quick Link also has an (Enter) / (Exit) convenience link, which show only if you're in a Gang.

Small "!" notification icons have been added to the following places:
a) The Hunting menu tab as well as Quick Link if you can hunt a special character.
b) The Community tab as well as Vote for Legacy quick link if you can vote again.

Player EXP in player profiles now have comma formatting.

Updated text in the Hospital for players < level 10. Used to read "..below level 5 we will make an exception", now reads "..below level 10".

Fixed incorrect birthday profile links in Online Now. Previously appended outdated querystring parameters, now it no longer does so.

Right, that's 4 volunteers I have working with me now. It's a bit strange but they already have changes ready to go live. Small fixes at first, breaking themselves in gently.

I've got a massive update to go live myself, that is the move from PHP 5.4 to PHP 7. This change should make the game run faster (PHP 7 is twice as fast) but will also likely break a lot of stuff. It'll also take a couple of hours of down time to put live so I'll probably schedule it for a few days time.

Now that's out the way, I've come with promises about updates!

So this morning, I was uploading Legacy to Codebase. "Why?!" I hear you ask. Well, so other people can download it and work on it of course. "Who?!" you cry out. Well, I have one willing volunteer so far but he (or she) wishes to remain anonymous, and who can blame him (or her)... you guys can be jerks.

If anyone else wants in on this project feel free to give me a shout, you must know PHP and not be rubbish at it (like me, only I get to be rubbish). We're gonna be taking a look at Steven's wish list of a million poorly thought out ideas that he's rendered in beautiful yet vague details, along with some other stuff!

I know how much you guys love this warfare map, so how about another 3 months of it? Just kidding, I was literally working up until the point I left for my holiday trying to get stuff done for our new game so didn't get chance to do the switch. Although I had internet access on my holiday I didn't have my laptop, and doing the switch on my regular PC would have been horrific. I find it hard to even work on PCs that aren't running Ubuntu these days.

Warfare switch will happen tomorrow morning at the usual time, apologies for the delay. I'll see if I can get some other things done around here while I'm at it.
