Soo. After breaking the forums for a few hours a new update is finally ready, and will be pushed live within this week, if all goes well.

What does this include, you ask? Well...

- Players can react to forum posts.
- Staff can edit the available reactions if needed.
- Reactions can also be disabled/enabled on a "per forum" basis by staff.
- Reactions will also work with clan forums.
- Reactions can be turned off all together in "Game Settings"
- "Useless Information" table has been updated to include a count of your forum ratings and forum reactions.
- Rewrote some stuff.

As with all other forum stuff, you will not be able to react to posts while under the influence of a disfavor lower or equal to -2

As always, please report any bugs you encounter regarding this update to me, or simply reply in a comment to this blog post.

In light of Legacy's 13th anniversary, a little impromptu double gains will be starting later tonight (lets say around 7:30 PM server time) and going until...get this...Sunday night 11:59 server time. Yes, that means roughly 4 whole days. Short notice? Yes. But stretched out a little more for that reason.

Keep in mind that double gain includes:
-Double Experience from PVP and Hunt
-Double Item Experience
-Double Honing Experience
-Double payout from jobs
-Double Warfare points
-Double energy per hour (400/hour)

I would like to remind you that boosts will not stack with double gains. So using a book of during this will not work. Boosts such as the 40 energy per hour will work, however.

Also, side note, each gang should have gotten a forum cleanup request from Wolf pertaining to swears and what not. I have something I want to add to that, however. There appears to be a few instances where the filter does not catch everything, for whatever reason. So when the gang leaders check their forums, if the word is filtered (indicated by a red bar over the word), then it is fine. But if it is not caught by the filter, please take note of it and message Wolf with each instance. Just be sure to include which thread and forum it was, the post it was in the thread (1st post, 4th post, etc), and the specific sentence. This will help us figure out why the filter is just picking and choosing what words to filter.

Just a quick reminder to everyone because myself and my Community Admins have grown weary of fixing this. Swearing in the forums is not allowed. Just because you are able to disable the filter for Side Chat does not mean that those rules do not apply to the forums.

If you absolutely must swear, then star it out yourself.

As stated per my thread in main forums, the next update will include hotkeys and buttons for easier inserting gcode tags when writing posts, pm's and other places where a textarea might occur such at libraries, and/or gang news
I've posted a few, screenshots in the thread showing how this update will work, keep in mind though the design have changed a bit since posting that.

The G-Code documentation page will get a facelift to include the specifications for the hotkeys as well.
For those who only want the hotkeys and not the buttons, there will be an option under "Game Settings" to turn them off.

Also thanks to a multitude of great suggestions and feedback this update will include the following fixes:
- Links in sidechat will be clickable
- Logo in top left will link to main page
- "Vote for Legacy" 600 point reward will be changed to 500

Unfortunately at this time i cannot say any deadline when this update will go into production.
But ETA is within the next 10 days.
